How to organise successful public events course
Events play an ever-increasing and important part of our everyday lives. As a nation, we love our events! They can encompass anything from festivals and parades to food and craft fairs to parties and celebrations – just about anything can be turned into an event. Public events are best described as those we attend in our leisure time. Events not only bring a variety of benefits to the host organisations but also to those who participate in them and enjoy watching them.
Events however, like many things in life, seem in essence quite simple things but are in fact, a little more difficult to actually deliver. Designing, planning and delivering events is a bit like directing a live stage show. Unlike a show though: there are usually no dress rehearsals or full run through and once started – no second chances. So, on the public events course I will teach you everything I know about the ‘how to’ of designing, planning and delivering high quality event experiences, packed full of great take away memories.
